Vorteile

Ich liebe es da man simpel Aufgaben teilen kann und sieht wer was geändert hat.

Nachteile

Würde mir wünschen, dass man die Trello Liste in eigene Webseiten integrieren kann.

Vorteile

Es ist kostenlos nutzbar und bietet dabei schon einen enormen Nutzenumfang.
Dabei ist es einfach und intuitiv bedienbar, was die Nutzung von Anfang an zu einer Freude macht.

Nachteile

Man stößt bei der Individualisierung sehr schnell an Grenzen, selbst in der bezahlten Variante kann man die Karten nur sehr begrenzt auf seine Bedürfnisse anpassen.

Nutzerfreundlichkeit und vor allem die offline Nutzbarkeit

Vorteile

Das Tool ist intuitiv nutzbar und man hat sich - ohne größere Einarbeitung - schnell mit ihm vertraut gemacht. Die Übersichtlichkeit und auch die Möglichkeit zur Individualisierung ist sehr hilfreich.

Nachteile

Bei vielen Projektstufen und Nutzern kann es zum Teil etwas unübersichtlich sein. Des Weiteren ist es wichtig, dass alle Beteiligten und Nutzer das Tool verwenden und auch entsprechend aktualisieren.

Vorteile

- Zusammenarbeit im Team gut möglich
- Adons (z.B. Storypoints) verfügbar

Nachteile

- Performance: das Tool ist leider oft sehr langsam oder reagiert gar nicht

Vorteile

Ich arbeite bei Projekten gerne mit Trello, weil es günstig und schnell verfügbar ist. Andere Tools bieten teilweise mehr Funktionen, hier schätze ich, dass es reduziert ist und das macht, was es soll.

Nachteile

Das Team-Management ist manchmal etwas schwierig und könnte besser sein. Das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt den ich habe.

Vorteile

Ich liebe Trello als sehr übersichtliches Tool, um Projekte und Aufgaben in einem Board zu planen. Perfekt für die Zusammenarbeit im Team.

Nachteile

Bislang vermisse ich kein Feature, auch die App ist hilfreich.

Schnelle Erstellung von Teamaufgaben und die damit verbundene Übersicht wer was macht und wie der aktuelle Stand des oder der Projekte ist.

Nachteile

Wir konnten bisher keine Probleme feststellen, es war für alle im Team sofort intuitiv bedienbar und liess sich ohne Probleme in die täglichen Prozesse mit einbinden. Sorry.

Einen tollen Überblick mit sämtlichen Informationen, welche von mehreren Teilnehmern angehängt werden können. Sehr modern aufgebaut und logisch in der Nutzung. Super für die Nutzung am iPad.

Nachteile

Software muss oftmals erst in das Unternehmen Implementiert werden, was Überzeugungskraft kostet.

Vorteile

Es bietet viel Funktionen für Unternehmer und man muss sich damit beschäftigen.

Sehr Umfangreich, kann nichts negatives Berichten.

Vorteile

There are various point that what i really like with this software. Collaborating on project with my team and with team on other department on our organization is very easy and not confusing at all. Integration with third party services like Google Mail or MailChimp help me to organizing and managing my email on one single software.

Nachteile

It takes time to fully get comfortable and learning all the feature and tool that in-build in this software. A training is a must for us for all the team members can maximized all the tools to the maximum. Apart of that, i see no other issue with this software.

I often find myself using it on my phone during my commute, which helps me to stay productive. Overall, I find Trello to be a great tool for managing tasks and projects, and I highly recommend it.

Nachteile

one thing I like least about Trello is that it may not have all the advanced features that some users may need. For example, it doesn't have built-in time tracking or resource management features, which can make it less suitable for larger projects or teams. Additionally, the free version of Trello has some limitations on the number of cards and attachments, it may not be enough for some users. Furthermore, some users may find that Trello's notifications can be overwhelming at times, and it may be difficult to filter out which ones are important.

Trello is so easy to use and even with nearly 4 years of daily use, I am still figuring out new ways I can use Trello at work. The emails and tutorials are super helpful as well.

I cannot think of any cons. If there is something "lacking" we can usually find a solution with power-ups.

The great non-profit rate, the ability to have so many users, boards, etc. Trello has amazing resources for tutorials and best practices.

Vorteile

The app itself is intuitive and easy to use. Trello perhaps has become a part of daily life so much so that the term "trello board" is instantly recognisable in everyday conversations. The unique style of individual boards which you pin tasks to is easy to use and a clean way to visually depict tasks. Trello also uniquely allows for "power ups" to the boards. One I found particularly helpful was the "Alexa" integration powerup- a powerup which allowed me to essentially connect with my work anywhere round the house so long as an Alexa was nearby.

Nachteile

Though parts of the software felt innovative and useful, other aspects simply felt forced or gave little added value. An example would be the wide array of the "power ups." Whilst some of them offered great functionality other felt more like forced microtransactions over anything else and offered little value. The free basic tier of trello also only allows for 1 trello board to be used at once which is detrimental for any large multi-customer jobs as the boards tend to get cluttered easily.

What I dislike about Trello is that there isn't a lot of flexibility when it comes to customization. Additionally, there is no native support for some features, such as Gantt charts and time tracking.

I particularly like the way in which the interface can be customized as you wish and according to your needs. You have perfect control over the commands and the situation, you can easily create tasks, assign them and then follow their evolution step by step.

It certainly takes time to master the multitude of functionalities available on the platform, counting of course the integration of external applications.

Trello helps to organize tasks efficiently. With Trello you can build up multiple boards in order to follow the different tasks deals. With Trello you can distribute your documents with your team. It has well integrated with the google docs which is very useful.

Nachteile

I wish they could add spellcheck to the software. The storage is limited which makes it hard to work on large projects. Sometimes takes time to upload a file. Also would be really pleased to get availability to work on offline mode as well.

Unlike ZenHub, Trello offers better customer support with phone and email as well. Even free plan of Trello offers more than ZenHub offered free of charge.

Mobile functionality, in PC deadline reminders, file encryption, etc. Trello offers a lot of functionality and better customer support.

Vorteile

The "card" system is innovative and highly efficient. The ability to see all your tasks allows you to prioritize and organize what to accomplish. Overall runs smoothly with a very clean user interface. It is easy to use and requires little to no training. Tasks can be assigned to multiple people, and can be checked off as "completed" by whomever - making tracking and rewards a breeze. The calendar plugin is very helpful. The use of plugins is incredibly useful as well.

Nachteile

There are several lacking features. There is no ability to set a time-stamp on a project, (how long it will take) outside of using the calendar feature. You cannot assign an approximate time to complete a project. Also there is no messaging function, only "comments". This is very limiting. Also, there is no way to divide cards and tasks under a single person. A single person will only have all their tasks in a big pool, color labels help but do not break it up making it easy to read. When a card is archived, who knows where it goes, it vanishes really. no ability to delete cards.
