Excellent, user friendly program!
Absolutely love Recruiterflow and all of the functionality it provides our agency. The email recipes and templates have totally streamlined some of our processes, and drastically helps to organize the hiring process on our end.

Always evolving and on hand to help

Vorteile
We found Recruiterflow very easy to introduce to our team, and those that are not tech savvy have embraced it. We've been able to customise most of the automation we need to make our lives so much easier; and when the system doesn't do something we're able to speak to support/our account manager to work out a workaround and make suggestions for new features, several of which have been turned around quickly. We love the fact that the product is always improving as it helps us to improve our processes too.
Nachteile
We have found that the reporting doesn't quite bring up what we need in our business, so we've created some work arounds for this.

Lots of glitches and not user friendly. But very affordable
If I were given a larger budget, I would move back to Greenhouse.
Vorteile
Being that it's an ATS, it's better than not having one. It is about 1 step above keeping paper resumes.
It's much cheaper than other platforms
The customer service is prompt.
Nachteile
This system is extremely glitchy and not intuitive compared to the other ATS platforms I have used.
- Setting up the application form is quite awkward within job set up is clunky. If you don't save the job on that particular screen, all that information will be lost (even though every other aspect of the job set up does not work this way)
- Invites randomly get sent out in the Monrovian time zone.
- You can't remove a job from your job board without it closing the job completely. Both Greenhouse and Workable allow you to take the job off your careers page, but leave it open.
- Formatting the job description is always off.
- About 20% of the resumes that come through are unable to be read by the software, even though they are either PDF or Word docs.

Amazing system
We always found it very time consuming reaching out to candidates and clients and there was only so much we could do manually each day. With Recruiterflow and the campaigns and Recipes it allows us to reach out so much quicker and allows us to work on more roles at once.

I love to use recruiter flow every day, both for recruiting and for metrics control.

Great Program
Really good system, easy to use and very responsive customer service.

Recruiter Flow really Flows
I am using Linkedin with recruiter flow. It's ben a great experience so far.
Vorteile
I love the applicant tracking capabilities of recruiter flow. It's great to be able to customize each stage. Overall, Recruiter flow is super easy to use and awesome. I like it more than bullhorn.
Nachteile
I would like to see improvement with the email calendar invite feature, as well as more skills to be parsed in through resumes and/or linkedin profiles

A Modern and Innovative Management Software System
All information on Candidates, Clients and Jobs are in one place with very visual management sheets allowing us to regularly contact, update and manage every part of the recruitment process.
Vorteile
Initially the transfer of records from another system was carefully managed and executed over a 2 week period. Then throughout the subsequent use, all sections of the software have been accurate and easy to use. There are so many features that reduce time and add value to a busy recruiter.
Nachteile
The transfer of data could have included more mapped fields to reduce downstream administration tasks to categorise the data. Perhaps an additional mapping can be offered at a later time.

Overall, RF is a very good partner to all people that are in the recruiting/staffing business.The features are really helpful when you play around with it you discover a lot of things as well.

Fantastic support team, solid ATS offering for 3rd party search firms
RecruiterFlow is the right software for our company. With a fantastic support team and reliable, speedy software, our team onboarding was smooth and uptake on the platform was fairly seamless.

After years of limited options, there are finally an increasing number of ATS platforms coming online that accomodate the nuanced process of external recruiters.
RecruiterFlow's greatest asset is their responsive support team. They are clearly working hard to develop a useful product in a somewhat crowded marketplace.
Nachteile
RecruiterFlow is a fairly new software. After extensively canvassing the market, it's easy to look at the features of Lever or Loxo and think, why can't __________ do that, too?
There are absolutely limitations as it stands now when comparing them to the heavy hitters, but the trade offs are worth it. You get an easy-to-learn, solid software that is active and focused in rolling out new features when they are ready and not too early.
Our recruiters would love a mobile app, too.

the resume search - I wish I could run a boolean search in it and call up every resume I need.. sometimes i type in a candidate last name and it does not come up..I also wish the job posting was more effective, the organic posts are ignored and I have to go through another ATS in front of yours to post and boost jobs, as they have a partnership with indeed. I can post through them at half the cost if I was doing it on my own.

Great value with with advanced features
Great customer services and fantastic product at a more than reasonable price. I'd recommend it to any one who works in a recruiting agency.

I'm really impressed with the products ease-of-use, especially for a product with advanced features such as email and SMS campaigns and automation recipes. They are constantly releasing new features so the product keeps getting more valuable.

Great software for collaborative teams
Great product. We’re hiring faster than ever.
Vorteile
Recruiterflow is super simple to use. We could get started in no time. We are a distributed team over multiple locations and Recruiterflow makes it really easy for us to collaborate with each other. I could get rest of the team started in no time at all.
We love the chrome extension and automation. Life saver as it saves me atleast 30-40 minutes everyday.
Their support is awesome! The team always replies promptly and actually listens to what you say.
Nachteile
Not much to say here. Genuinely love the software here. If I have to pick one, I would say it would be great if it had a mobile app.

I love this software, from the moment we saw the features [sensitive content hidden]
presented to us we knew we needed this! and we haven't had 1 regret or reservation yet. Worth every penny.

The applicant tracking system is wonderful, our consultants have found this to be one of the biggest time savers, it is super valuable to have all your applicants from any job board go into the same 'applied' funnel.
Nachteile
The reporting is a little archaic, but the team at RecruiterFlow are actively working on new features to be implemented shortly. And this is one thing I love about them, customisability is at the forefront for RecruiterFlow and they AWLAYS listen, customer service 10/10.

With Recruiterflow, I've consolidated almost all of the software I use to use to do my job, into one easy to use package. And it seems like they're just getting started. Can't wait to see how the product evolves.

Universal search seems to only work with candidates and contacts, but not companies. Also, would be nice to have keyboard shortcuts.

Fantastic, setup was simple and rapid. Support is amazing using a chat function or email. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] of the product, even took time to send me explainer videos or jump on a zoom call to show me what to do.

Recruiterflow is an Outstanding Recruiting Tool - Customizable, Functional, Affordable
Our experience with Recruiterflow has changed our business for the better. The system provides several key benefits for us, but below are two that come to mind:
First, the customizations and process automation features save a tremendous amount of administrative time, allowing us to focus on impactful recruiting activities with clients and candidates.
Secondly, the system provides structure as team members move from one project to another, and it gives us an at-a-glance "where are we on X" awareness that helps us set priorities and take impactful action.
Vorteile
Recruiterflow is an outstanding recruiting tool that provides great customizability, overall functionality, process automation and time-saving features – all at a fantastic price point. The customer support is beyond anything I’ve experienced (personal emails from the founder?) and the tool delivers everything it promises…and perhaps a bit more.
Customizability is key for us. Have you used one of the "big systems" and wanted to add your own applicant/candidate stages or other changes to fit your workflow? So, how’d that work out for you?
Recruiterflow enables users to add and label whatever stages fit YOUR unique process, and to move candidates seamlessly from one stage to the next. Rather than having to let your team know that the hard-coded status “interview pending” really means “Bob’s reviewing them”, you can literally set up a status labeled “Bob’s Reviewing”, or whatever you like. Yes, you can configure different status settings for each position.
That’s not all. The act of moving a candidate from one stage to the next can be configured to trigger a customized action. This is a much bigger deal than it sounds – the impact is huge.
Example: Recruiterflow allows us to move unqualified applicants to the “declined” stage at first review, but the system doesn’t send out our (customized, of course) thanks-but-no-thanks email until (3 days, 4 hours, 2 weeks, your call) later.
Bottom line, this becomes YOUR recruiting software that fits YOUR process.
Nachteile
Well, nothing really - it's a great tool, seriously. For credibility's sake, I suppose something must be listed here.
Not a con, really, but making the system "yours" does take some investment of time up front. But that investment is paid back many fold when using the system over time. Hey, it's not required - the system is fully operational in the base configuration with virtually no customization, if you prefer.
They're working constantly on updates (and send out routine summaries of updated/new features), and I'm looking forward to the addition of in-system SMS messaging in the near future.

New age software for new age recruiting agencies

Our recruiting process is proactive, however, most of the softwares today out in the market are not built for this workflow. Recruiterflow is an exception and a breathe of fresh air. Our users can automate their mundane tasks, nurture candidates and build relationships. The UI is really intuitive and easy to adopt. Last but not the least, their customer service has been amazing. 6 out of 5 stars for that!
Nachteile
There's nothing not to like about the software. I referred some of my friends to Recruiterflow, however, since they were neither on GSuite or Microsoft Office, they couldn't sign up. Probably support for other email providers to expand their business can be one suggestion.

Best Agency ATS we have been able to find
Vorteile
After trialling everything we could we chose Recruiterflow and so far it's been great. The reasons we chose RF are:
- It's got a great UI, really clean and modern.
- It's really easy to use. We had it set up and customised in under an hour and our consultants picked it up in minutes.
- It puts CRM front and centre and make's it very easy to build and run email campaigns.
- The Linkedin widget is the best I've used. Really quick and easy to capture data.
- It doesn't impose any workflows on you. I feel like most other platforms have made assumptions about how recruiters should/want to work but RF has allowed us to keep our own best practice.
- Service has been great. They are always available and you're often speaking with one of the founders.
Nachteile
It's still a work in progress and not all areas of the platform feel fully formed yet but the core parts work better than anything else I tried so it's a happy compromise for us.

Great ATS, Great Service!
Cannot say enough good things about the team at RF! They are responsive, kind and witty. Their passion to put oout a best in class product was evident from our first call to their last upgrade.
I have been extremely impressed with their level of customer service and ability to be proactive partners in solving oour recruiting needs. They listen to hear the problem and are thoughtful in delivering an upgrade that will benefit all their users.
We looked at a number of ATS's, but they had so many features at such a great price, they were the obvious choice.

Customizable modern approach to recruiting in the real world! From uploading candidate info and reaching out in e-mail to tracking campaign success and engaging with potential candidates, RF does it all!
With an intuitive approach to design, the platform is easy to navigate and effective to use. Highly recommend to small or large firms.
