Using this product has had an immediate productivity impact and can be learned intuitively. It has allowed us to apply Agile principles to all aspects of the business.
One of the very few platforms that has a on prem option. It is highly performant and leaned up of usual Microsoft esk bloatware and phone home. Infinitely scaleable in card hierarchy's, easily customisable with card data models, webform entry and attribution filters. Effective use of views for productive impact and clarity. One of the few products that has a dual time field on a task card to still allow for a more traditional timeline view.
Help is not the greatest, a few language issues French/English.

Keeping track of a project with roughly 6000 tasks, sorted in many sub-stories for more than a year now. Excellent tool with high in-team acceptance.
Cards on the kanban board may contain a kanban board by itself. This enables creating a hierarchical tree within a project without loosing track, also due to excellent filters and customizable views. It is highly configurable in parameters and contexts for sorting and information. 2D-Matrix views enable using a second dimension on kanban boards and allow switching contexts within a mouse strike.
Statistic tools are somewhat stiff, yet configurable. No native ressource management.

I started using it recently and have found it to be much better than the alternatives.
It can do everything! My favorite part is that it allows subtasks within other tasks.
You can submit new tasks by email but the email address is very long and confusing. I wish it was something eaiser to remember....or even something that started with the word kantree so my email client could autocomplete the address.

Kantree is a very easy to set up software with a large range of functions! The price performance ratio is consistent and the support can convince. All in one, Kantree is currently one of the best systems on the market I know.

There is really nothing that I would miss at the moment or Kantree would not offer
