Builder 360 from Constellation HomeBuilder Systems is a construction management solution designed to help homebuilders monitor project costs and budgets, manage customer interactions and keep track of project deadlines. It is suited for midsize production homebuilders, but can also be used by real estate developers and design/build firms that work on residential projects.

The core applications in Builder 360 include accounting, bidding, estimating, project management, scheduling, and service management. It helps contractors to manage daily operations like scheduling and assigning tasks to the workforce, generate and pay purchase orders, tracking job status and more. The built-in vendor portal enables vendors to self-service certain tasks such as submitting purchase orders, requesting for payments and communicating with the contractors.

The solution also has a purchasing application to help builders manage purchase orders and change orders. The built-in dashboard enables stakeholders to view critical updates and keep track of the overall project execution.
