FossLook

FossLook is a business automation and document management platform available for on-premise deployment. Key features include customizable document types and folders, workflow and document templates, document statistics, an integrated mail server and digital signatures.

When starting a project, FossLook can automate the project workflow so that documents will be automatically sent to the appropriate people. Documents uploaded to FossLook also include a “document history” tab that contains information about who created the document when and what changes have been made to it since.

FossLook allows users to keep multiple versions of documents. Documents can be grouped together and users can generate reports based on document groups. Associated documents are linked together, allowing users to tab back and forth between them. In FossLook’s digital signature module, users sign uploaded documents.

This software is suitable for both small and large businesses. It is licensed in perpetuity on a per-user basis.
