Contract Room is content management solution that helps finance, human resource, operations and legal departments to capture documents and process images. It also offers case management and records management features. The solution is compatible with Mac iOS and Windows and can be accessed through mobile devices.
Contract Room can guide the user through the whole contracting process and allows for communication between buyers and sellers. Once the contract is created, users can collaborate on the paperwork and execute the contract. Once the contract is executed the users can place signatures on documents electronically.
The workflow management application lets users automate the process of assigning tasks and create timelines for when the tasks need to be completed. The agreement archive automatically stores contracts whether they are made on or offline and the contract management application imports and captures data from agreements that are made offline. The system can integrate with current tools such as Outlook, Gmail, and Calendar.

Contract Room is a very user friendly tool and requires minimal time investment in learning the tool. Negotiating the agreement with internal and external stakeholders real time is one of the functionalities which is a USP of this tool.
In addition the robust reporting with no room of data discrepancy as the information is directly retrieved from the agreement tags.

It has been a great experience overall as it is helpful where we can draft, negotiate, approve and get it signed using this system. Everything gets recorded and we can check real time history. It works on cloud so very easy to operate and take less time to connect. It has many features like adding team members, downloading document, etc. Overall it is a great tool.

It has Drafting and Negotiation function in the system itself, so it will be paperless environment if we use this system.
Nachteile
There should have been more editing function like MS word. Otherwise it is good.
