Versatile Enterprise is a content management system (CMS) capable of managing the lifecycle of physical and electronic records. Key features include document and electronic record management, retention scheduling, audit control and multiple language options.

The retention scheduling feature enables users to create comprehensive document retention schedules, configure classification codes, track active and inactive records and calculate retention dates. The audit control feature enables users to track historical changes to documents, restore records and documents after unwanted changes and generate brief reports for an audit trail.

Versatile Enterprise's electronic records and document management function allows users to manage all types of electronic records including emails. Users can copy, paste, drag and drop documents. Users can also store their emails, which they can retain completely or only keep select parts.

The solution comes with multiple language options, which enables users to capture the data in any language and customize the software interface in their preferred language.

Vorteile

The design is intuitive and it can handle a wide variety of tasks. They have built in a lot of flexibility to allow agencies to customize the system for their needs (e.g., user-defined fields, multiple options for organization structuring, customizable security profiles, etc.)
Great web tool and mobile records-on-the-go app make this a convenient solution.

Nachteile

We've had some problems with the system crashing, but were able to get great desktop support to figure out the problem.
