ProfitZoom is a cloud-based and mobile-ready field service solution specifically developed for HVAC, fire and life safety, plumbing and other specialty subcontractors.

ProfitZoom can invoice jobs, track field service and schedule inspections through the mobile field service module. It provides a customer portal that allows customers to create there own personalized dashboard and view invoices, work orders, reports, worksites and alerts. They can even request service work through the portal. The CRM module helps to capture and track leads, assign leads to sales personnel and prospect leads to evaluate sales performance.

Information from the payroll module flows to the job costing module to provide cost details. A transaction-source detail in the accounts receivable module assures a balance between job costing, general ledger and customer history. Accounts payable is integrated with general ledger, inventory and job costing and purchase orders/receiving.

Other features include customized reporting, job and order templates, job history tracking and payroll management.

Vorteile

Billing and Invoicing is super easy, Business Intelligence reports are great, Customer information management is well done, Staff scheduling and routing with the GPS tracking is a good way to tell true time ETA and staffs hours.

Nachteile

A bit clunky in the user portals, takes massive amounts of time for users to get used to the product and where things are located.
