OptiProERP can call up information with production orders from current bills of material (BOMs), assembly instructions and drawings. Job costing and cost accounting are updated in real time and roll through all BOM layers.
Test and subtest plans are able to capture attributes, characteristics and dimensions and automatically compare these to tolerance. Plans support statistical process control (SPC), 100 percent inspection, acceptable quality level (AQL) and user-specified and random inspections.
OptiProERP includes material requirements planning (MRP) which enables granular planning of inventory, purchasing and production schedules.
