PriMus

PriMus is a cost estimating tool suitable for construction businesses of all sizes. It offers a drag-and-drop interface, standard format price lists, document templates, integrated price cost lists and more. The solution is deployed on-premise and is compatible with Windows operating systems.

PriMus offers tools to help users manage quantity surveying, cost estimating and bill of quantities (BOQ). Cost estimates and BOQs can be viewed simultaneously. The drag-and-drop interface allows users to copy items between documents. Users can also acquire measurement data from a CAD drawing.

Document printouts can be generated automatically in various layouts. PriMus can be used to produce and manage a multitude of document types including price lists with unit rates, construction cost estimates, job estimates, requests for proposals (RFP), comparison charts, project documents and templates, labor incidence estimates, health and safety incidence estimates and technical specifications.
